Free EHCP Advice Call (30 minutes)

What’s included:
A free 30-minute Zoom or Teams consultation to talk through your situation, explain the EHCP process, and provide clear, practical next steps. I’ll help you understand where you are in the process and what options are available to you.

This is ideal if you’re unsure whether you need support with an EHCP application, review, or appeal.

A short follow-up summary is included so you leave the call knowing exactly what to do next.

What’s included:

This service is ideal for draft EHCPs, annual reviews, phase transfers, or where provision is unclear, not specific, or not being delivered.

What I’ll need from you:
A copy of your child’s EHCP and all reports listed in Section K, along with any updated reports or evidence showing your child’s current needs, progress, and support requirements.

EHC Needs Assessment (EHCNA) Request Support

What’s included:

Support with drafting a strong, evidence-based request for an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA). I ensure your application clearly demonstrates your child’s needs, particularly where a school is not recognising those needs or current SEN support is not effective.

This service is ideal if you are at the early stages of the EHCP process and need help securing an assessment.

Any relevant reports, school communication, and a summary of your child’s needs, difficulties, and current support in place.

SEND Letters & Email Drafting (Up to 3)

What’s included:
Professionally written SEND letters or emails to schools, Local Authorities, or other professionals. Each piece of correspondence is clear, structured, and assertive, designed to effectively address issues such as lack of support, delays in the EHCP process, or unmet needs.

This service is ideal if you need help communicating concerns, requesting action, or ensuring your child’s EHCP or SEND support is properly addressed.

What I’ll need from you:
A summary of your situation, what you would like to achieve, and any relevant supporting documents (such as EHCPs, reports, or previous communication).

Price:
£25 (up to 3 letters/emails)

Virtual EHCP Meeting Support

What’s included:
Support for EHCP meetings, including a FREE 30-minute preparation call before your meeting, plus attendance via Zoom. I help you understand your rights, prepare key points, and ensure your child’s needs and provision are clearly represented during the meeting.

This service is ideal for annual reviews, emergency reviews, and meetings with schools or the Local Authority.

What I’ll need from you:
Meeting details, a copy of the EHCP and any relevant documents, along with a summary of your main concerns and what you would like to achieve.

Price:
£35 per meeting

In-Person SEND/EHCP Meeting Support

What’s included:
Support for SEND and EHCP meetings, including a FREE pre-meeting preparation call, plus in-person attendance at meetings with schools or the Local Authority. I help you prepare key points, understand your rights, and confidently advocate to ensure your child’s needs and provision are clearly addressed.

This service is ideal for annual reviews, emergency reviews, and meetings where in-person support would be beneficial.

What I’ll need from you:
Meeting details, location, a copy of the EHCP and any relevant documents, along with a summary of your main concerns.

Price:
£45 per meeting + 45p per mile travel

For journeys over 3 hours (one way), overnight accommodation may be required and will be discussed and agreed in advance.

I support families locally and travel across England for in-person SEND advocacy.

DLA Application Support (UK)

What’s included:
Full support with completing a Disability Living Allowance (DLA) application for your child. I ensure your child’s needs are clearly described, accurately evidenced, and fully reflect the level of care and supervision required, helping to strengthen your application.

This service is ideal if you feel unsure how to present your child’s needs or want to ensure your application is as strong as possible.

What I’ll need from you:
Relevant reports and detailed information about your child’s daily needs, care requirements, and the support they require compared to other children of the same age.
